Grants?
What is a grant? A grant can come in many forms and have many different names. Low income housing grant is one we are gonna try to obtain through the help of our city. This grant is money provided by the Government to the state then to the city for use in upgrades or redelelopment of specific areas choosen by your City. A grant is money that doesn't have to be paid back. But a city can determine how they want to redestribute that money to keep control of the growth and to prevent abuse of the money. So it may or may not have to be paid back. That is to be determined.
